How is billing calculated?

We meter the time each session is active, down to the minute. Unused hours from the monthly allotment don't roll over. Overages are billed at $0.80/hour on all paid plans.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes — upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the start of the next billing cycle. Annual plans are prorated on upgrade.

What counts as a concurrent session?

Any browser session that is currently running — starting, navigating, executing, or waiting for a command. Closed and timed-out sessions don't count.

Do you support annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans include a 20% discount and are invoiced upfront. Contact sales for annual on the Scale plan.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from the dashboard — your remaining hours stay usable until the end of the billing period.

What if I hit my hour limit?

We send a soft-warn email at 80% of your monthly allotment. At the hard limit, sessions queue (Free plan) or overage billing kicks in (paid plans).
